The game hints at the fact that boars can be tamed by using the roots of the earth. If the player explores Valheim long enough they will come across runestones scattered around the map which may give them hints at different parts of the game, locations to bosses and other lore information from Norse culture. One of the runestones will give you some very helpful information about boars.

In Valheim your goal is simple. You are put onto this world to defeat the forsaken enemies of Odin. There are currently 5 forsaken that will have to be tracked down, summoned and defeated and the fourth of these bosses is names Moder. The following guide will feature spoiler material for Valheim. Bonemass is how it sounds. It is a huge green blob consisting of bones meat and other discarded parts. The mass lives in The swamp and its main attacks consist of summoning other slimes to help it with the battle and poison based damage. If you are a solo player you are going to have a hard time beating Bonemass, though nothing is impossible with the right strategy.

The Elder, as with the rest of the Boss battles will have to be summoned by placing certain items at their spawn altar. In Valheim every map is different. The game uses a procedural generation mechanic for the maps. As such I cannot tell you exactly where Vegvisir The Elder can be found on your map, but I can tell you how you can find that out.

Core Wood is mainly used in the construction of support beams and posts in Valheim. Valheim features a pretty intuitive building system where you will actually have to build supports for different construction pieces if you plan to build them. For example you cant simply build a wall and have a huge floor piece coming off it from the ground.

Farming is an activity that one can do in the Viking game of Valheim. You can cultivate trees and crops. One of the crops you can grow for yourself is the carrot but to begin growing carrots you’ll have to find your own carrot seeds in the wild. To get carrot seeds you will have to go into the black forest and look for three white flowers sticking up out of the soil. Interact with this plant and you will earn yourself three carrot seeds.
